Admission Procedure

  1. The application for admission to the college should be made in the prescribed form only, The admission and computer data form is attached at the end of prospects.
  2. The application form should be filled carefully by the student after reading rules of admission and should be signed by himself. He should attach all the documents as per section given in prospectus.
  3. Declaration should be signed by students and parent or guardian.
  4. Declaration regarding "Ragging" in the college as per guidiline of supreme count. should be signed student and parent or gauridan giving local & permanent address with phone/mobile no.
  5. Student should fill computer data form and two post cards attached to it giving address ofpa rents / guardian and afixing postage stamp or Rs. 5.00 each.
  6. Acandidate will be admitted, only when he deposits all requisite Fees. Student have to pay lotion fees and other dues etc for full session at the time of admission.
  7. No student will be granted admission, after the last date, which is declared by The university, and state government for every session.
  8. Admission in all facu Ries may be refused to
    • Students, who have failed in the exam of the class in which he has asked for new admission.
    • Those whose conduct was not satisfactory during previouse years in the college.
  9. Admission to the Post-graduate classes in all faculties shall be made strictly on merit and will be made only on the recomendatoin fo the Head of the Department concerned.
  10. There are separate admission committee for science, Arts and Commerce faculties for admission In under graduate courses. Applicant may be asked to appear before admission committee if necessary at the time and date notified.
  11. Admission secured on the basis of false informations,shall be can called ant total fee paide by them will to be refunded in any case.
  12. In case of declaration of result of main exam after last date of admission student can take admission within 15 days from the date of declaration of result.
  13. A student passes in revaluation, he can take admission after last date of admission if he applies within 15 days after declaration of the results.

Following Documents Must Be Submitted Along With Application Form

  1. Original copy of school or college leaving certificate (To ) along with its one attested copy from the institution last attended.
  2. Two attested copies of mark sheet of last qualifying examination.
  3. Original copy of Migration Certificate if the applicant has passed the qualfying examination from a Board or university other than the Chhattisgarh Board of Secorndary Education Board (CGBSE), Ralpur or Guru Ghasidas Unviesity, Bilaspur (C.G.)
  4. Original copy of Elligibility certificate fromoffiliatin university if the applicant has passed out qualifying, examination from other University in the state or out of states.
  5. Attested copies of markessts of X to XII Exams, original copies have to be produced for verfication on demand.
  6. Passport size photographs have to be afixed on (i) application form (ii) Computer Data form (iii) Identity Card if admitted.
  7. Gap certificate by Notary if there is gap after last examination passed.

Enrollment In The University

All students who are taking admission in BA/B.Sc./B.Com. First year, taking admission in M.Sc./M.Com. Prey. or coming from University have to enrol themselves with the affiliating university. The University Enrollemnt From" along with enrollment fee have to be deposited with Admission Form.
